Fever with chills but no headache
I've been having fever since last two days, headache was present on the first day but now it's not. Fever of 100, Sore throat, cough with little phlegm and chills are the symptoms. Also after taking medication fever is going up and down frequently. Could there be any other serious cause to the condition?

You seem to be suffering from viral upper respiratory tract infection which is a common type of throat infection in this season.
