Fever with body pain
I had fever yesterday with body pain, then i took pcm and i went to office. But in evening when i checked there is no fever, but i was feeling cold and my legs and back were paining. When I wokeup today morning I was feeling so weak. I was doing my work then suddenly i feel dizzy and i felt like some hot air is coming from my ears means i feel them hot. After aometime when i liedbon bed i feel some col air is coming. From yesterday onwards i am feeling hot sometimes and sometimes cold.

Hi, Fever and bodyache could be due to any viral infection. My suggestion would be to take plenty of oral fluids ORS, Tab. Paracetamol 500mg thrice daily..Take balance diet. Hopefully you should get better. If it persists then you should get it investigated. Complete blood count and Dengue NS1 antigen, malaria antigen test.
