Fever since 3 days 1 yr.
I am fed up of giving antibiotics to my baby. In his 1 year he has been on 6 times dsage of antibiotics..i feel worried that this is weakening his immunity further and he keeps falling sick often.
He currently has fever since last 3 days without any other symptoms and doc has again prescribed augmentin dds for him
How to increase his immunity? I feel I an trapped in this never ending cycle of antibiotics

Frankly speaking most of the illness are viral, which doesn't require antibiotics... Just symptomatic treatment is enough. But you have to give some time for the illness to come down.. And regarding his frequent infection, anyone from the family members who stay with him might be giving the infection to him. So if the people around the kid are healthy means the kid will also be healthy...
