  3. Fever one day. As a software engineer.

Fever one day
I had fever on Friday night and taken dolo 650. My fever gone and I have no other symptoms of dengue. but my igm level was 11.7. but platelet counts are normal. can I go for work. am working as a software engineer. I don't have any other symptoms of dengue so far. tested platelet count today and it is normal. I Vl get igm result at 6:30pm today. please advice
