Fever, May be UTI
102 F,15 days Fever, nothing diagnosed, EGC, X ray, blood test, Ultra sound are normal. but urine collection is difficult so no urine test , Antibiotic CEFTRINIX 2mg inj. in hospital and Zifi 200 for 15 days at home. After that fever started again. Another Doctor prescribed Levoflox 500mg inj. Three doses of Levoflox have been given in 3 days however fever is above 101F (101-103). Please suggest what should be done next. Any recommendation of doctor might also help who can be approached immediately.

Hi..., probably it could be due to UTI.. Drink plenty of water. Water helps to dilute your urine and flush out bacteria. Avoid drinks that may irritate your bladder.Avoid coffee, alcohol, and soft drinks containing citrus juices or caffeine until your infection has cleared. They can irritate your bladder and tend to aggravate your frequent or urgent need to urinate. Use a heating pad. Apply a warm, but not hot, heating pad to your abdomen to minimize bladder pressure or discomfort. Consult Physician...
