Hi,
You should contact your local physician and get yourself clinically examined and relevant investigations done.
Drink plenty of oral fluids/ORS. If you are feeling drowsy immediately rush to hospital. Get IV fluids and supportive treatment.
You may require antibiotics and other supportive measures.
