Fever like conditions
I have flu like conditions for 3 days.started with cough and sore throat on first day.Pain in in whole body and fever on day 2 and now no fever.Cough and pain has also reduced but still CONTINUE . Especially pain in leg and back.Overall Feeling of weakness.

Drink plenty of water,eat soft foods like cooked cereal, mashed potatoes, soft fruits, yogurt and soft-cooked eggs...give adequate rest to your body..Avoid spicy foods or acidic foods. Gargle with warm salt water. gargling several times a day can help relieve throat pain...take over the counter pain killers for leg pain....Discontinue using pillow while sleeping straight...Do not lift heavy objects, especially after bending down....Eat a healthy wholesome meal which should satisfy your minerals and proteins requirement...regards.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. It looks like a seasonal flu itself which is caused by a viral etiology and is usually self limiting. You just need symptomatic treatment. Drink lots of water, do salt water gargles, have lots of fruits and vegetables. Gradually your condition will improve. You can take a cap. Absolut 3g once a day after food for 10 days. Best regards.
