I had fever104 on 29 Aug. but gone in 24 hours. Ever since it started pain in body like in knees, back, joints of fingers, toes. After 3-4 days i felt itching in my hands, then on 3 Sept i found red spots under skin looks like red pen marks n my fingers were swollen n couldn't properly bent bcz it pained but these spots were only in hands n arms nothing elsewhere. So i've started taking non spicy food with less oil & shun chicken, red meat, eggs as well. I m taking juice ,fruits in morning, bottle guard without chillie in lunch, same in dinner. and taking fruits in every 2 hours n taking cold milk at night. I m drinking Glucon D glucose more in 4-5 times in a day. in 2 days red spots gone but sometime i felt itching in palm. Don't know what it is but many say that its Chickungunya. I still have pain in my feet n joint of fingers but not that much. back pain n knee pain have gone.No itching. Suggest me what to do, what it is. Can i eat egg n rice ?

Hello. Joint pains and rashes following fever may have many reasons. Viral fever like chikunguniya is only one possibility, but there are many other possibilities which can not be ruled out without proper examination and evaluation. Consult a rheumatologist ASAP. Hope this helps.
