3 days back fever in between 99-99.8 widal o& h is 1:40 ,used gudcef for 5 days,after 5 days widal done o&h 1:160 fever in between 99 to 99.8

its a really nice question
widal usually takes more than a week to become positive hence when you had a widal test 3 days back then it was still under normal titration range now its positive, which shows you had a entric fever(typhoid), five day course of gudcef is not appropriate treatment fot typhoid. you had to go for a full treatment for 11 days, to get completly cured and avoid the carrier stage in future.

get a complete CBC, LFT,KFT done. contact to doctor immediately if condition worsens

kindly avoid contaminated water since the main source of infection of typhoid is contaminated water, use mineral water or RO water.take light food which is not deep fried , low oil containing diet, avoid non vegetarain diet and eggs for a while
