Honestly this requires a detailed consultation. Firstly where is your tuberculosis infection is it in the chest or elsewhere, how was it confirmed, secondly how was typhoid confirmed was it a blood antibody test or culture. Most important what symptoms do you have? In tuberculosis or typhoid fever won’t resolved as soon as you start medication it takes approximately 7-10 days to be afebrile. Treatment for tuberculosis is dependent on site of infection which determines which drugs are to be prescribed and duration of treatment. Please continue your medication and frequently review with your doctor for further management. Your weight is 40kgs now you should frequently check your weight for any gain to alter dose of medication as well. For any further doubts you can reach out to me via the chat option.
