Fever in evening
I have fever (max-99-to 101) from last two days , yesterday I take paracetamol and antibiotics in evening and it come down by mid night ,today full day I was fine and felling ok and did my regular work , but I again at in evening again I got fever
Pls advice probable reason for fever and pls advice can I have to go for doctor consultation or wait For another 1-2 days.

Hello,
Tab zerodol p three times a day after food for three to five days.
Tab azee500 one per day for three to five days.
Plenty of liquids and rest nimupani mousambi juice, coconut water etc. Avoid spicy fried greasy junk food or food from outside. Light diet home made.
It's seasonal fever. Ok.
