Fever, headache, mild cold
I have a headache, nostril pain, mild cold and fever since last night and the temperature was 99 yesterday and now it is 101.6.
I have taken 4 paracetamols since yesterday after every meal.
But can't see any improvement.

Your symptoms are suggestive of viral fever. Continue paracetamol for one more day. Take lots of water. You can take levocetrisine and steam inhalation for the cold symptoms. If not improving you may have to do a COVID test and CBC.
