Fever from last night

Asked for Male, 3 Years

He was sleepy and seemed restless last evening and fever started in the midnight followed by Motions this morning and he's been crying from last night. Gave two doses of p250 from last night.

Hi there I understand your concern and anxiety....history you have provided is suggestive of gastroenteritis...loose stools cause fluid loss and dehydration, so give plenty of water, juices,oral dehydration salts to replenish fluids and electrolytes...take your child immediately to nearest pediatrician for clinical examination and for assessment of fluid loss they will do the needful.
