Fever every 3-4 months

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Dear doctor I am noticing that from past 1 year , I am getting fever (99-99.5F ) every 3-4 months. The fever last for 3-4 days and I don't feel any symptoms. I am obese but do not have any other medical condition as per now. Is this ok to get fever in this frequency? Is it dangerous or something related to cancer?
