1. Steam inhalation 2. Fluid intake (preferably lukewarm) 3. Salt water gargles. 4. Avoid cold and sour things. 5. Avoid exposure to cold drafts. 6. Rest. 7. Sponging with tepid water to avoid hyperthermia.
