Fever cold
Have been running temperature for the last 2 days. Probably because of the heat and my travel schedules . Also dehydrated and throat infection . Is it viral

Hi there.. ya you seem to have viral fever.. sorethroat fever weakness al are symptoms of viral fever.. dehydration is because your not drinking fluids well n losing electrolytes in sweating.. have fluid like fruit juices, tender coconut water, butter milk, oral rehydration solution(ors).. do salt water gargling, have warm water, have lozenges so that your sorethroat reduces.. take tablet paracetamol 650mg thrice daily for fever.. rest well.. consult physician if your still not feeling better.
