Fever , Cold and sore throat

Asked for Male, 22 Years

Since yesterday i have not been feelingvery well. In the night I was shivering of cold n had a bad body and head pain n also fever I guess. Fever went down in the night itself but now i guess its back n I am feeling very weak.
