Any viral infection associated fever vl  require 3-5days to subside depends on immune power of Pt. And already u had taken azithromycin 500mg.. So again  need   not to take  another course of antibiotic..
Next Steps
have light food like gruel rice. rava ganji. drink ginger and turmeric mixed water.. for boost you immune power
