Fever chills neck ache
Dull pain in all regions of abdomen left and right,upper & below.Sometimes sharp pain.high fever since 3 weeks with chills and right side front neck ache.

Such long fever with abdominal symptoms needs to be investigated. Two possible causes are Enteric Fever (Typhoid) & Infectious Heaptitis. Malaria is another possible cause. Please consult an Internal Medicine Specialist. Investigations recommended: CBC, Widal test, complete LFT, MP, Urine culture & ABST
