Fever cause of cold weather
I've a got fever from cold weather and i unfortunately had some ice cream and while i was asleep my family had turned on cooler and room temperature as fallen to very low.. and the first thing in my morning i know is i got cold, headache and fever... but, by after i gotten worse.. how can i treat his

It's a common cold due to multiple things you mentioned.theirs a few easy step to resolve it.start with steam bath and inhaling steam at least thrice a day .

take tablet.cetrizine (its anti histamines) commonly used in patients having cold.
tablet paracetamol 500 mg thrice a day for first day .then morning evening for next 2 days.
capsule pantoprazole 40 mg morning evening for three days.

keep yourself well hydrated by drinking plenty of water.
please go for blood checkup as the above mentioned treatment is for fever resultant of cold and for those due to infection (bacterial ,viral ,protozal ,etc ) is different.
