Fever at 4th day after MMRV vaccine

My son got MMRV vaccine on 6 aug and got fever on 10 aug and got fever after every 5 hrs after giving crocin syrup.Is it normal or should I visit doctor? And how many days it will lasts.

It isnt related to MMRV vaccine. Very likely the child is having viral fever. In viral fever, fever comes back in every 6 hours and lasts for 3 days. If it goes above the 3rd day, then may require blood reports to rule out other infections.
