Fever and stomach ache
I'm getting high fever around 102-103 but it gets okay when I take medicine and again get fever after 4-5 hours of taking medicine. Also there is lot of stomach pain and mild headache Is it viral fever or dengue? I'm specially worried about the stomach ache

U have not mentioned for how long u have been having the fever ..anyways if it has been lasting for more than 3 days it would be advised to consult a physician and get the necessary blood work up done
