Fever and headache
Yesterday (04 march2019) we have gone through 80 kms during the travel she has vomited 4 times.
After that she was kind of low. in night she was fine, Today morning she went school as well after school she is not well having fever and headache.

Is there cough and cold ?,, syp P250 5 ml 6hourly x 2days,, if cold cough give : Tminic drop 1.5 ml 8hourly x 3days
