Fever and DIGESTION
Had fever for 2days 2weeks ago, and it relapsed again week ago , mostly temperature is normal in morning and crosses 101F in the evening. Stomach pain , nausea, vomiting once day usually in the morning . Can't eat any food. Immediate discomfort after eating. Can't empty bowel fully or have to go multiple times.
Current medicines : glevo 500 , dolo 650, normaxin. What should I do now ?

You should undergo some tests like cbc,usg (abdomen),typhidot test,complete urine analysis and consult a doctor.sometimes abdominal tuberculosis can present like this.
