Fever and delay in period

I am down with mild fever, I have been experiencing sore throat and also abdominal cramps. My periods have been delayed 10 days. I also have body pain. please let me know what this is

Hello, you might be throat infection ,it could be viral or bacterial . The majority of sore throats are triggered by a viral infection. If you’re allergic to mold, pet dander, pollen, or other irritants, exposure to these allergens can trigger infection. Consult ENT specialist or physician .Delayed period is due to sickness . you will have normal period after you get cured.
