Fever and cough
मेरे बेटे को दो दिन पहले के खांसी और बुखार आ रहा है। कल शाम को बुखार 100.4 था। बुखार के लिए 5 बजे parasitamol दी थी। रात भर बुखार नही आया।
सुबह 6 बजे हल्का बुखार था तो फिर से parasitamo दी थी।
अभी ठीक है मगर छीक आ रही है

Hi.
Looks like viral infection. Give paracetamol 6 hrly if fever . If fever doesn’t settle in 2 days, consult a nearby paediatrician immediately.
