I have fever, and the temperature is about 102. But the main problem is that my body aches very badly. And my head pains a lot.

Maybe viral fever... Get adequate rest,drink more water, take over the counter analgesics and anti pyretics...get your platelets count done if low or if symptoms persists Consult physician they will help you further Regards
