Asked for Female, 16 Years

Hello doctor It's Been 8days that I am having fever 99.5 today also I had fever yesterday my blood test was done for dengue typhoid CBC and malaria but they were all negative however in dengue it was written that negative result does not rule out dengue so what disease am I going through
