Hii my fever is 101.1 templarature after taking vaccine.. kindly suggest what to do??

Take a paracetamol(650) 1 tab stat and sos.
Nothing to be worried about,it happens after vaccination.
Take tablet pan-D 1 tab before breakfast for 7 days.
