Fetal Heart Beat and Medicine Issue

Asked for Female, 37 Years

Hello Doctor I am having IVF pregnancy. My LMP was on 17th of Feb and Embryo transfer held on 4th of March. According to the ultrasound(8/4/2021) report the fetal heart beat is 114 and crl is 3.4 mm. The doctor has suggested me to take HCG 5000 injection weekly for three weeks and to stop Sustain 100 mg injection. I am also taking sustain 400 mg capsule vaginally. Please suggest me should I discontinue sustain 100 mg injection or continue this along with HCG5000.

As u are taking susten vaginally, injection may not be needed as of now. Hcg injection should be continued as they advised
