  4. Fetal echo. Is it serious?

Respected sir/madam I am 23 weeks pregnant my level 2 scan 06.09.2021 shows echogenic focus in left ventricle and after that in fetal echo 21.09.2021 the echogenic focus of 3.5mm size shown in left ventricle, all other parameters are normal...is it serious? I conceived after 5 years with IVF.. I am very much stressed please guide
