I done my semen analysis.. I found some negative points like liquification time is greater than 120 min....viscosity is high....Sperm density is 14 million per ml......don't able to understand what to do!!! Causing to much of frustration

Hi hyperviscous semen with such high liquifaction times can impair fertility. There are many causes but more common are
1. Infection
2. Less water intake
3. Prolonged waiting before sex or giving sample
Get a culture of semen done, drink lots of water, and repeat semen analysis in 3 days. If still abnormal kindly see me.
