most azoospermic men have untreatable primary spermatogenic failure and are destined to consider assisted reproductive treatment. However, careful clinical evaluation will identify a significant minority for whom natural fertility can be restored by addressing gonadotrophin deficiency or other endocrinocrinopathies and, in selected cases, by surgery for obstructive azoospermia.as I am not aware of details of your husband condition I can say only this much...please Consult nearest infertility specialist for further details

If ur husband has too low count , then plan for ivf or Iui with donor sperm! Coz Iui success reduces if sperm count less than 10 million.! Gud luck . U can consult your andrologist for treatment for azoospermia
