Fertility problem
My husband have azoospermiya. So iam going for IUI process....already 3 IUI cycles done...but still iam not get pregnancy....one Dr suggest laproscopy and historoscope.....
Present iam very depressed...my family financially poor for other treatments ... plz give me ur valuable suggestions....and help me to becme a mom

most azoospermic men have untreatable primary spermatogenic failure and are destined to consider assisted reproductive treatment. However, careful clinical evaluation will identify a significant minority for whom natural fertility can be restored by addressing gonadotrophin deficiency or other endocrinocrinopathies and, in selected cases, by surgery for obstructive azoospermia.as I am not aware of details of your husband condition I can say only this much...please Consult nearest infertility specialist for further details

If ur husband has too low count , then plan for ivf or Iui with donor sperm! Coz Iui success reduces if sperm count less than 10 million.! Gud luck .
U can consult your andrologist for treatment for azoospermia
