Having painful periods can be a sign of infertility in women? Is there any tests to be taken if I have painful periods from my first period itself?

Painful period needs evaluation. If Transvaginal ultrasound shows bulky uterus, then it affects. You have to meet an infertility doctor and get treated for pregnancy
