Fertility issue
I have been trying to conceive from past 7 months. My period cycle length was 30 days always..But since the time I have been trying to convince it has become irregular and now it's 37 days length from past 3 months...Is this due to any infertility issues. I was pregnant first time in August 2019 but had an MTP...Please guide if follicular study would help...also advice if Mtone syrup and ovabless myo is useful it was prescribed by doctor.

If you want you can get evaluated with few hormonal tests and sonography for yourself
And semen analysis of husband
Before going for Ovulation induction and follicular studies
