Dear Ma'am, Thank you for your query regarding desire to concieve. The treatment of subfertility consists of finding the underlying etio-pathology followed by its treatment. The fact that you have conceived spontaneously twice means there is little issue with conception and more with maintaining the pregnancy.  Letroz would not benefit for this issue, if your cycles are regular. Moreover,  your age is below 35 years and that is a good prognostic factor. Recurrent miscarriage is defined as three successive miscarriages. Investigations may be initiated after 2 in most couples. Successful pregnancy rate after 2 miscarriage : 80 percent. Successful pregnancy rate after 3 miscarriage : 70 percent. There are many causes for this. - Antiphospholipid Antibody  Syndrome. - VDRL - Uncontrolled Diabetes - Parental karyotypic abnormalities. - Unknown etiology The first two are treatable. Letroz use may cause multiple ovulation, not early ovulation. Do ask your treating gynaecologist for opinion and advice and rest assured that the outcome is good. Regards, Dr. Aditi Kishore Shinde
