Fell on groin, wall between legs. Pain.
Day before yesterday evening, I was walking on a wall when my leg slipped and I fell with the wall between my legs. The pain was excruciating to the point where I almost passed out. I have a surface abrasion on my right testicle. Everything hurt at that point. The next morning, I had pain where the inner thigh meets the groin and around the testicles and penis (but not ON those parts) and when I urinated for the first time after the accident, there was some blood in my urine. Today, the pain in my leg etc has gone but the pain around my testicles, behind my testicles and at the base of the penis is the same. It's extremely sore. When I lie down and support the penis and testicles the pain goes. But if I stand up (basically if my genitals are hanging) it hurts. Even when I'm urinating, towards the end when I flex the muscles to get the last bit out, it hurts. The pelvic floor muscles, if I'm not wrong. When I ice, the pain goes away. What should I do? Will this heal?
