Feels heavy and tiredness after office k
I am IT professional. I spend almost 8-9 hours daily on computer. After office hours, I feel my eyes heavy and tired.
Could you please prescribe me some eye drop that I could use for my eye to make it feel relaxed and refreshed.

Yes eyedrops can be prescribed. However they are available OTC. and other doctors might write them without consultation as well, it is recommended to have it with consultation suited for your needs. I can tell you sone non medical ways to improve yourself

Blink often. donot sit directly in front of ac/fan, get yourself hydrated atleast 3litre per day. take break every 20 mins. follow 20-20-20 rule
