Feelinge breathlessness while bsleeping
Hii dr i feel unable to breath in mid night and little bit heart beat as well and it is happening sometime in a month I am also anxiety disorder patient so it is due to anxiety or it is sleep apnea please suggest I am very worried about it also I found once I eat and sudden go to sleep this problem occure so please guide me.

Sleep apnea and anxiety both can cause these kind of symptoms. Better consult a pulmonologist with detailed history and if necessary go for sleep study. Gerd also should be ruled out
