Hi..Get yourself tested for iron folic acid and vit b12 deficiencies.These usually cause fatigue..Since your activity levels might be high bcoz of the toddlers make sure u eat small meals every 2.5 to 3 hrs to hv constant energy levels..Also include protein rich foods in your diet.
