I'm a working women and I have 2 children, 2 n 4 yrs old. I feel weak all the time. What kind of things should I eat between meals to get over this weakness else wat other thing can done to overcome weakness

Hi..Get yourself tested for iron folic acid and vit b12 deficiencies.These usually cause fatigue..Since your activity levels might be high bcoz of the toddlers make sure u eat small meals every 2.5 to 3 hrs to hv constant energy levels..Also include protein rich foods in your diet.
