Feeling weak mostly in the mornings
I'm using telma am and prolomet xl 25 since 2 years due to BP. Since few months I'm feeling weak. Mostly in the mornings from 10 to 4 I feel weak and if I walk I feel like about to fell. After having lunch and taking some rest I feel better. My BP is under control now. Is it lack of sleep. Please suggest
