Feeling tired when do hard work

Asked for Male, 21 Years

When I have gone to the gym or do a work in the sun I feel very tired my face turns red And happen to me hypotension. These symptoms repeat everytime I try to do a hard work and I noticed it from 2 years ago I did 2d echocardiography and it was normal study RBC count 4 million per ml Ca++ 4. 2
