I have a slight pain in my lower abdomen and I feel the urgent to pee Again and again.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Drink plenty of fluids. If it's a urinary tract infection, the more you pee the better. So drink plenty of fluids. Get a urine test done and revert with reports then I'll be able to help you further. Or you can consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards.
