I have been taking treatment for tb since 3.5 months symptoms are improving but for one month i am having a little cough & feeling something on the left side of the tonsil & back of throut, when I see with torch i see some bumps, one is white.. what are these bumps ? Is this because of antibiotics?

Granular Pharyngitis (little bumps in back of your throat with inflammation) and Tonsillitis can be seen in tuberculosis. If it's severe, please consult your chest physician and ENT surgeon to have a better look and advise you best.
Next Steps
Please continue all your Tuberculosis medicines regularly.
P. S. - Bumps are not because of antibiotics.
