Feeling of too much salt in food
My father recovered from Covid 20 days ago. Since some days he has started feeling that there is too much salt in his food. This happens even when the salt is very less. Is this a post Covid symptom and how can we resolve this? Also what can be the adverse effects of having very less salt intake as he is taking too less salt these days.

Less salt is better health. It's a good diet habit. He should drink adequate fluids. (If he is taking anti hypertensive medications) Post covid altered taste is a very common symptom. It persists for upto 2months. It is self resolving. There is nothing to worry✌
