Feeling like looser
Hi, I was very active and felt very successful but last two and now I very like am looser, peoples around do not like me, they don't want talk to me or am struggling to make conversation with them. Even in my carrier my review is to talk and mingle a lot. Things are happening like everyone wants to ignore me. If anything goes wrong, people tells me that am the reason for but I am damn sure am not. My client appreciate my work, but talks lot to other team members not me and am getting instructions or informations from them. My wife is stressful because of carrier and her father, I have taken so personally of her all stress in my head and tried to resolve it too, but people keep telling me that am reason for her stress by only seeing me and not knowing what's happening at background. I always gets feeling to run away from everything or go somewhere, where I can be lonely or around the people who loves or care me. I do know what's the problem happening to me, that's I thought of meetin

Thanks for the detailed information. Running away from the situation might get you short term relief but what about long term consequences? People will usually have an opinion based on what they see, hear, imagine but that opinion is biased and judgmental in most cases. If you find that you are unable to talk confidently or mingle freely then that's a skill that you can always learn from any organization or work on the reason that is stopping you from doing so. This doesn't mean that you are a looser. At work, you need to be seen, heard and catch attention to be noticed. Everyone has challenges and difficulties in life which doesn't make them any lesser than others.
Next Steps
Please see a counselling psychologist for an evaluation and further course of action.
Health Tips
Please think about... What are your personal qualities and strengths. Are you using them to your benefit. How did you manage to be successful before these 2 years. Can you use any of the prior experience to succeed now or add a new skill to your career to help you through.
