Nasal block in itself can cause watering of eyes.also mouth breething due to nasal block causes dry mouth.it can be allergic.it can be viral also,in which case all three symptoms are due to it.take lot of water,good rest,vit c 500mg daily and tab cetrizine twise a day.steam inhalation by adding sinarest vapocab to boiling water will take care of block mostly

It may be due to viral illness. Take plenty of fluids, T. Cetrizine 10mg at night for nose block. If fever or body aches develop, take paracetamol.
