Feeling it may be piles

Asked for Female, 25 Years

Hi am unable to go for a motion for 4 days... I have a two months baby... Some skin is outside the anus I feel some pain and 2 drops of blood while going for motion... Can I cure this problem without surgery.. ?? It doesn't effect my baby know...
