Feeling heavy and chest pain

Age: 35 Gender: male Mutual Status: Single. I have Chest Pain and not clearly pass the stole, feelings like Gas in stomach, feeling heavy, my mouth taste like salty, and on my left eye brow white spot appear since morning, I already took Carminative mixture but no relive, please advice.

its probably gastritis. but to rule out heart issues i would suggest u visit a physician and take an ecg. start on antacids for acidity. stay away from tobacco use. white spots in left eye brow is probably fungal, please consult a dermatologist for the same. if you have constipation, include more fibres in your diet
