Your problem is due to overuse of smartphone, computer & watching TV for long time without blinking leading to dryness (computer Vision syndrome). Most of the computer professional do not know how to work on computer for long time leading eyestrain &headache, while working on computer ,number of blinking goes down drastically from around 24 per minute to around 8 per minute, it is root of all the problems,so working on computer one should try to have normal blinking & try to look away from computer screen every 10 minute&take 15 minute break every two hours. One should also use lubricating eye drops 5-6 times daily on regular basis (Refresh liquigel) if you are working on computer for long hours, with regards
